    6. You can always control the asking price.
    7. Advertise your property and submit to you copies of all ads on your property.
    8. With your permission, and at your convenience, I’ll hold an OPEN HOUSE.
    9. Update you as to any changes in the market and their effect on the sale of your property.
    10. Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make to your property to make it more marketable.
    11. If your circumstances should change and you decide not to sell and take the property off the market, you are free to do so, and it costs you nothing.
    12. Before showing your house, I always call to make an appointment that is convenient for you.
    13. Give you feedback from prospective buyers who have been shown your property.
    14. Pre-qualify all prospective buyers so that when your property is SOLD, it STAYS SOLD. HOWEVER, FINDING A BUYER IS ONLY A SMALL PART OF GETTING YOUR PROPERTY SOLD.
    15. I make it easy for buyers to purchase your house by providing all the various methods of financing for your buyer. Did you know that there are over 21 different ways of financing? I know that most properties sell for more money when there is good specialized knowledge it takes to obtain the best financing available.
